Join us in the Storm Shelter this New Year’s Day, for the battle of North v South, as your Goodwin Group Manchester Storm face visitors Guildford Flames. Tickets are selling fast for this event so order in advance online or turn up for doors on the day.

Expect a competitive game as the Guildford Flames visit the Storm Shelter for the first time this season. The last time the two teams faced each other away in Guildford, the Storm won 3-1, with goals from Fawcett, Aulin and Hope.

Flames currently sit in the middle of the EIHL table with 31 points.

Team News

Lee Bonner from Hull Pirates will be icing for the Storm for our Winter Classic. Bonner currently has 44 points in 28 games for the Pirates and we look forward to welcoming him to the Storm Shelter.

Winter Classic Jerseys

The team will be wearing special Winter Classic jerseys. These are a throwback to last year’s design, with some changes made. This was designed by Andrew Duxbury Design and commissioned by our jersey partners, Dunamis Sportswear.

Shirt off the Back

Tonight’s Shirt off the Back will be British forward #27 Finlay Ulrick. You can get raffle tickets from our match night sellers around the rink and under block 113 at the OSC desk.

For £1 a strip we also have forward #18 Big Game Layne Ulmer’s Alternate jersey up for grabs at tonight’s game.

Winners will be drawn during the 3rd period.
