Max Artis

Background

Max Artis has been passionate about sports from a young age, having played in junior leagues from ages 10 to 14, experimenting with various sports before ultimately finding a true connection with ice hockey. This passion led to a role as a commentator for the Nottingham Lions during the 2021-22 and 2022-23 seasons.

In August 2023, Max joined the Stor full-time after gaining experience by covering five games during the 2022-23 season. His enthusiasm for hockey extends beyond the rink; during the lockdown, he launched the podcat "Let's talk hockey UK", where htey interview individuals from all levels of the sport - from professional players to recreational enthusiasts and everything inbetween.

When not involved in hockey, Max is either playing or watching some form of sport, though hockey remains their true passion.
