In response to feedback received from our supporters and the increase in crowds and congestion, we have made the decision to permit season ticket holders* entry to the building 15 minutes prior to the official opening of the doors on game nights. We kindly remind all season ticket holders* to use the designated entrance for season ticket holders, as this will serve as their only entry point and the exclusive access point for early entry.

This adjustment will enable season ticket holders* to enjoy shorter wait times at the café, bar, and Storm shop before the doors officially open.

This new policy will be implemented starting this Sunday, when we welcome the Nottingham Panthers. This will permit season ticket holders* entry to the building at 16:15 THIS SUNDAY.

*This also includes half season ticket holders.
