League News: Record-breaking season ticket sales heading into 2023/24

Season 2022/23 saw the Elite Ice Hockey League end with its highest ever average attendance over a single season, and break the one-million spectators mark in the final weeks of the regular season.
Heading into 2023/24, things are already looking strong too!
Reigning Grand Slam Champions Belfast Giants have set another record as they look to defend their three trophies, with their highest ever Season Ticket sales since the club’s inception in 2000.
Cardiff Devils have also sold the most season tickets in franchise history, coming off the back of a season where they averaged over 99% capacity in the regular season.
In Scotland, Dundee Stars have broken their season ticket sale record for an impressive eighth straight year, with their average attendances also having continued to grow for eight seasons in a row.
Over in Glasgow, excitement under new ownership is huge with the club recently extending their Earlybird offer and confirming that they’ve sold almost 50% of their arena capacity to season ticket holders. Clan have seen an increase of 25% in season ticket holders sign up for the coming season.
Completing the Scottish teams, Fife Flyers have reported that their sales are on par with last season, with the majority season ticket holders having already renewed. With the announcement of a new coach, new sales are coming through each week.
Guildford Flames, meanwhile, have seen an uptick in season ticket sales of some 6%, leading them to their highest ever sale total in franchise history.
Manchester Storm have broken their recent history’s season ticket sales record again, and have seen an increase of some 30% on sales compared to last season.
In Nottingham, meanwhile, the Panthers recently confirmed that over 250 new season tickets have been sold for 2023/24, a number that is still growing as the new season draws closer.
