Manchester Storm are excited to announce the return of Tyson Fawcett for his second full EIHL campaign.

The speedy forward has made 49 EIHL and 14 Elite Series appearances for the Storm, which has produced 17 goals and 19 assists.

The battling style of Fawcett has endeared him with the Storm fanbase and his return continues the trend of maintaining the rosters core.

A natural goal-scorer and excellent teammate, Ryan Finnerty had this to say about the forward’s return:

“By now we all know what Tyson adds to our line-up and his eagerness to represent the franchise shows how much this game means to him. It was less than one day after the Elite Series and he was ready to sign a new deal with the club.

I feel like he showed flashes of his full potential in the Elite Series and I am very confident by the end of the 2021-22 season, Storm fans will have witnessed what we see regularly in training…and that is a goal scoring machine.

Tyson loves the fans and city in Manchester, he will be arriving comfortably ahead of the campaign to settle back into life over here and I know he has been training hard in North America whilst waiting for the new season to get underway.”
