Flexi Tickets Now Available
NEW for the 2024-2025 season, we are thrilled to be launching a brand new flexible ticket offering, the Storm Chasers!
We want all fans of the Manchester Storm to be involved in our game night experience, because there’s nothing quite like a rocking Storm Shelter packed out by our fans in the stands. Our flexi ticket gives everyone the opportunity to attend games without committing to a full season ticket (and it would make an ideal gift too!).
Storm Chasers consist of five tickets for five matches chosen by you, the supporter. They are available in all areas of the arena (both seated and standing) and are for Adults, Concessions, and Children under 16.
How does it all work?
Supporters can buy a five-game Storm Chasers flexi ticket in their chosen block in the arena.
Once a Storm Chaser flexi ticket is purchased, the supporter will have a quota of five games that they can redeem one per game within their chosen ticket price category.
When a game goes on sale, the Storm Chaser flexi ticket holder will be able to redeem that game from their quota, if they wish.
To redeem a flexi ticket, the supporter must ensure they are logged on via their account used to purchase the flexi ticket. They can then select the chosen fixture and their desired seat (subject to availability).
On the checkout page, an option will appear to assign a flexi ticket category charging £0.
The supporter should select the flexi ticket type and proceed to complete the purchase as normal. The e-ticket will be sent on email confirmation shortly after a purchase.

FLEXI TICKET FAQS
- What games can I use flexi-tickets for?
Tickets are able to be used for all EIHL league games but do not include Challenge Cup or Play Off games
- How long does my flexi-ticket last for?
All tickets bought via flexi-ticket must be used for league games during the 24-25 season. Any unused tickets at the end of the league season are no longer valid and will not be refunded.
- What if I want to go to a game but it is sold out?
Tickets for all games are currently on sale. It is the ticket holders responsibility to ensure they book their tickets well in advance to reduce the risk of missing out should games be sold out.
- What if book my seat using my assigned flexi ticket but can no longer attend
Your flexi ticket will be used up and tickets cannot be transferred to another game. All tickets are non-transferable and non refundable.
- What happens if I don’t use all 5 of my flexi tickets?
If you do not use the tickets then the flexi tickets and expire and no refund is due. This is made clear within the terms and conditions and they can only be used during the 24/25 season.
- If the game gets cancelled where I have used a flexi ticket, can it be transferred to another game?
We would transfer the ticket for another game, depending upon the reason for the cancellation.
