MANCHESTER STORM VS NOTTINGHAM PANTHERS  – CHALLENGE CUP HOME OPENER – SATURDAY 23RD SEPTEMBER 2023 @ 19:00 – PLANET ICE ALTRINCHAM

Manchester Storm begin their home competitive campaign on Saturday 23rd September as they take on Nottingham Panthers in Challenge Cup action!

With already over 1,200 tickets sold at time of writing – this is set to be an action packed encounter and an incredible atmosphere with fans from both teams descending upon the ‘Storm Shelter’ this Saturday evening.

The two sides meet for back-to-back games this weekend with Challenge Cup points on the line Saturday inside the ‘Storm Shelter‘ and Elite League points on the line Sunday inside the Motorpoint Arena!

MIKE HAMMOND TRIBUTE

We will be honouring former Manchester Storm player Mike Hammond this Saturday evening before the fixture begins. Please take to your seats a little earlier than usual so we can gather together and honour Mikes memory together following his the devastating news of his passing in July.

SKATE WITH THE STORM

Manchester Storm are delighted to announce the return of the highly popular ‘Skate With The Storm‘ following Saturdays fixture against Nottingham Panthers.

The skate will take place between 9.30PM-10.30PM and be FREE for all match ticket holders who own their own skates and £5 for match ticket holders who require skate hire from Planet Ice.

The 2023/24 season squad will return to the ice shortly after the fixture against Nottingham and give fans the opportunity to have photographs with the team and have any merchandise signed.

The players will then depart as they prepare to take on Nottingham Panthers on Sunday afternoon at the Motorpoint Arena.

Requirements; 

• Hold a valid match ticket (23rd September vs Nottingham Panthers) or Manchester Storm season ticket! The session is FREE for those who own their own pair of skates and £5 for those who require skate hire from Planet Ice

If you can’t make it to the ‘Storm Shelter’ this Saturday evening, you can stream the fixture courtesy of ‘Storm TV’ HERE – The fixture is set to start at 7PM.

SEASON TICKET COLLECTION: All 2023/24 season ticket holders can collect their physical cards ahead of the fixture this Saturday from the season ticket entrance (side entrance, train track side of arena) – If you have any issues with your digital or physical ST’s, please open a support ticket HERE – Doors open 6PM for collection and entry to the fixture this evening.
