Hi Storm Fans,

I hope you’re all doing great and enjoying being back inside the ‘Storm Shelter‘. The first 6 weeks have flown by and I believe you guys are now getting comfortable with our new look team. I am sure you have identified your favourite player or players and are as excited about this group as much as we are.

A couple housekeeping updates, the big screen is now in the UK (6 weeks) late and are now waiting for customs to release. We do apologise as we never expected it to be this delayed but as frustrating as it is, this was out of our hands. We do hope to have this up for the Nottingham Panthers game on Sunday 16th October pending the release from customs. We have also listened to your feedback and will return the flexi ticket options in the near future, please keep an eye on our socials for more information coming very soon. Don’t forget, if you’d like to advertise your business on the big screen please reach out to me at RF@storm-office.com – obviously the big screen is a huge expense to the club so if we can offset some of that and also build new relationships with new partners, this would be a win-win situation for all parties.

On the ice, we are happy with the performance to date, you always want more wins but we like the group and what Head Coach Matt Ginn has achieved to this point. Saying that, we have been hit by injuries in which I feel impacted our last game vs Cardiff Devils but as always, we won’t be shy in bringing in reinforcements as and when we need too.

In closing, I want to thank you for your continued commitment in supporting us both on and off the ice. I have enjoyed my time getting to meet some of you during the games and I look forward to having the opportunity to meet more as the season goes on. Please continue to spread the word of The Storm, you guys are the best marketing and sales people we can ask for, help us spread the word.
