Storm Go Wild

SEASON TICKETS: The Go Goodwins Coaches sponsored Manchester Storm are pleased to announce that season tickets for the 2016/17 Elite Ice Hockey League season are now available to purchase. Season Tickets can be ordered online by clicking here, by calling the box office on 0161 926 8782, or in person at the box office.

One of the Manchester Storm’s feeder teams, the Widnes Wild, will face rivals, the Sheffield Spartans, for a place in Division 1 of the NIHL, this Saturday 16th April at Blackburn Ice Arena.

Although the rules of the NIHL competition state that the playoff place should be decided by a two game series this has not been possible due to ice time restrictions and player availability.  Both the Wild and the Spartans management team, with support from the League Management Committee, have agreed to instead play a one off game at a neutral venue.

With no Storm games until August at the earliest, this could be your last chance to see live ice hockey before the summer break, and with part time Storm player/coach Scott McKenzie the head coach of the Wild, we’d like to see as many Storm fans as possible down cheering on the Wild in their Storm shirts!

Faceoff for the game will be at 5:45pm with doors opening at 5:15pm and tickets are priced at £7 adults and £4 for children and can be bought on the door.
