Your Go Goodwins Manchester Storm are thrilled to be able to say that our #OpenTrainingSession, featuring a #SkateWithTheStorm was a huge success, with over 250 people coming to the event throughout the morning!

With doors opening for the public at 8:30 am, fans began to arrive as early as 7:45 am to get the best seats in the house for the training session. The players took to the ice around 8:45 am and trined for a full hour, showcasing some of their training drills to the fans in the Storm Shelter.

With the training session over, a quick resurface was performed before the players took to the ice with the fans for our Skate With The Storm!

The whole event was a huge success, and Head Coach Ryan Finerty was thrilled with how everything went, adding that due to the success of this years event, fans can now expect to see something similar take place every festive period!
