Brotherly Love!

TICKETS: The Go Goodwin’s Manchester Storm are back in action on Saturday 28th January as we face the Dundee Stars in EIHL action. Faceoff is at 7 pm and tickets can be ordered online, by calling the box office on 0161 926 8782, or in person at the box office!

This past week, Storm’s Social Media Manager Simon Bailey, took a trip to Geneva, Switzerland, where he was lucky enough to see Geneve Servette, the town’s top-flight ice hockey club, play in a couple of matches.

The team, which regularly attracts crowds of over 7000 fans, currently has a couple of unique connections to the Storm, most notably being that current defender Dallas Ehrhardt’s brother, Travis, is playing for the team!

As such an opportunity is rare, we decided it was worthwhile to give Travis one of his brothers playing jerseys as a good will gesture to the team and his brother, who was unfortunately injured during Fridays nights 4-2 win against local rivals Fribourg-Gotteron.

Not only did we get to surprise Dallas’ brother with the jersey, but we also grabbed their Head Coach and General Manager, Chris McSorley for a photo with the jersey. Fans of the old Storm might remember Chris, as he was the Head Coach of the London Knights when we beat them in the B&H Autumn Cup!
